“Knowing Bodies: Feminist Issues in Health Care, Medicine, and Biotechnology,” residency and collaborative quiltmaking with artists & health care practitioners, St. Norberts Art Centre, Winnipeg, Canada, April, 2001.
subRosa participated in this collaborative artist residency that examined the state of current reproductive and sexual healthcare for women in Canada and the USA. Besides mounting an exhibition of subRosa posters, webpages, videos, and art works about Assisted Reproductive Technologies, subRosa contributed to this residency with workshops on subRosa's performance methods and poster production. Residency members produced a "Knowing Bodies" collaborative quilt for display in feminist health clinics, as well as a poster: "ProActiva" which was printed and distributed by SNACC to medical clinics and doctors.
